Your missions: TMC/Consortia Recruitment Compiling recruitment kit for hotels Associated reporting tasks Co-ordinating the loading files Managing the regular (monthly) offcycle recruitment process Managing monthly charges for non-Fastcom hotels Administrative tasks CLIA, ARD, TRUE Updates Uploading monthly/quarterly report into ANAIS Travel Agencies group Management of suspicious agencies lists Compilation of ad hoc reports when needed Management of the global shared inbox tmc.global@accor.com Ad Hoc Projects Cooperation with other departments on projects affecting TMC & Consortia Segment (e.g. Learn with Us, Travelpros website updates) Provide support to ad hoc projects supporting segment strategy including new offers, marketing & promotion actions Loading Process GDS Loading for the Hotels TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES : Working with the tools (Cvent, ANAIS, GDS, Fastcome, Tableau) Working within a team enviroment Investigate the cause and find solution to technical challenges Being organised and being able to multi task And you?
