Job Description We are looking for a hardworking omnichannel retailer focused Senior Trade Marketeer based in our Madrid office to join on a permanent contract basis reporting into the Head of Marketing. Trade Marketing has the responsibility to improve the shopper experience with the LEGO brand being at our core for Online, LEGO Certified Stores, Toy Specialists, Grocery, and Department Stores which defines, develops and delivers the strategy of activation of our whole franchises' portfolio into the distribution channels engagement. Do you have what it takes? In-depth relevant Trade Marketing experience within FMCG or premium consumer brand Deep understanding of omnichannel Trade Marketing and ability to connect critical metrics with overall marketing and business objectives Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of building, developing and inspiring high-performing teams commercial savvy, strong shopper first thinking, deep functional expertise in Trade Marketing (omnichannel) as well as the retail-landscape Strong strategic and multidisciplinary end to end thinking and ability of translating strategy into local priorities for Trade Marketing Relationship builder and collaborator with a strong ability to influence, gain trust quickly. A strong collaborator across functions and hierarchies that steer a wide range of collaborators internally and externally Experience in budget management and strategic prioritization aligned to business needs Confirmed ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners, acting as a trusted and strategic partner Strong business proficiency in English both written and spoken as well as fluent in Spanish Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office per week, 2 days from home Join the global LEGO ® family!
