From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day. The part you will play The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly. As an Operations Executive, you will take charge of Oversee the processing of customer returns Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools Analyze data and apply appropriate project management methodology to identify and develop recommendations for process improvements Handle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries Analyze customer information and need to improve customer relationships. Analyze the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements to grow business. Communicate with key account managers to identify new business and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals. Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency. Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement projects and prepare reports for all requests. Manage returns and refunds from various customers and ensure that SOP are being followed. Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers. Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities. Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements. Support development of sales proposals or tender documents.
