Intern, Asset Mix & Trading

Responsibilities

• Trade Execution & Oversight
• Execute asset mix and cash flow trades in accordance with client SIPs (Statement of Investment Policies)
• Support onboarding and restructuring of client portfolios
• Work with various teams on reconciliations, client cash flows, pooled fund trading, trade issues, and ad hoc requests
• Assist in reconciling flagged accounts and tracking transitions to enhanced strategies.
• Manage ad-hoc requests and projects
• Participate in internal process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
• What You Bring
• In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have:
• At least one previous work term in a related role
• Knowledge and interest in capital markets, financial concepts, and account types (RRSPs, TFSAs, LIRAs, FHSA, Taxable accounts, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, MS Teams), and especially Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure

• The salary range for this position is $4 3 , 0 00 - 5 2 , 0 00 CAD annualized . The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
