As Regional In‑House Counsel, you will work closely with members of the organization to provide strategic legal guidance to assist with risk‑aware and solution‑oriented decision-making. In this role you coordinate with the global legal team to provide guidance across business functions and help safeguard the company's interests in a fast‑paced, international environment. This position requires fluency in Spanish, reports to Head of Legal Affairs, Americas and works together with other Regional Counsel to advise stakeholders at all levels and influence meaningful business outcomes. ***Home Office East Coast of the US*** Grow with Us - Your Responsibilities : Delivery of timely, precise, and commercially oriented legal advice to minimize risks and support business objectives Oversight of compliance with internal policies, relevant laws, and legal requirements relevant to operating and conducting business in the US and Cananda Ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and supplier sale and service contracts, IP and software focused contracts and contracts supporting product development, research and development and marketing teams Evaluation of legal risk factors impacting operational and providing practical guidance relating to strategic decisions to enable well‑informed business choices Steering of complex legal matters involving multiple internal and external stakeholders toward effective resolution Managing litigation and assisting in the supervision and direction of outside counsel, as may be necessary Providing training to internal teams Research and interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulatory requirements to provide actionable legal recommendations Qualification & Skills: Active member in good standing with a state bar association on the East Coast. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally gained in an international business environment Track record as in‑house counsel or equivalent advisory function Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal contracts and agreements in English and Spanish. Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills High level of integrity, sound judgment, and analytical thinking Strong interpersonal and communication skills paired with a service‑oriented mindset Strong team player with the ability to handle high and time sensitive workload in a dynamic environment Some regional and international travel required (10-15%) Experience with Puerto Rican commercial laws, a plus Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $140k - $185k plus bonus depending upon experience and qualifications.
