Responsibilities

  • This position requires preparing documents for scanning.
  • Must be able to accurately recognize and sort documents.
  • The position will perform indexing, the process of assigning keyword values to insure appropriate filing of documents.

  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Exceptional customer service, organization skills, and time management skills required.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and collectively.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change.
  • Must be adaptable and open to ever changing processes and procedures to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Education and Experience:
  • High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience with imaging software preferred. Previous experience working with microfilm preferred.
  • Requires critical thinking and the ability to adapt to constant change.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Occasionally requires lifting possibly up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone.
