Responsibilities
- Support enterprise risk management activities, including regular reviews, tracking of actions, and preparation of reports for management and board committees.

- Effectively communicate and provide advisory support to senior management on governance-related matters.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Accounting, Governance, Law, or related field.
- Professional certification ingovernance (e.g., ICSA, CGQP), data protection (e.g., PDPA PractitionerCertification, CIPP/A), or accounting (ACCA, CA) is an advantage.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in governance, audit, compliance, or data protection roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and governance practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across various levels.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines and priorities independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in fast-paced environments.
- Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required (Off in Lieu will be provided to compensate for approved overtime hours worked).
