Reporting & Strategy - Provide necessary reports to management, including weekly schedules and factory visit agendas. - Develop sourcing strategies and supplier management plans. - Analyze spend and formulate spend strategies; screen, audit, and select suppliers based on risk and commercial assessment. - Initiate and implement cost/process improvement projects to ensure supplier quality. - Lead changes to ensure supply. - Stay updated on the supplier market. - Integrate sourcing plans within budgets and price planning processes. Skills, Qualifications, Experience Required: - Strong knowledge of electronic products and OEM/EMS projects. - Extensive experience in QA documentation and procedures adhering to ISO standards. - Proficient in ERP system. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. - Flexible, fast-paced, detail-oriented with a problem-solving mentality and integrity. - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. - Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related disciplines. - MBA is advantage. - 8+ years of experience in sourcing electronic components and working in manufacturing environments. - 5+ years of experience in quality control in the electronics or semiconductor industry. - 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
