POSITION SUMMARY: Execute and maintain the Kroger Company's digital assortment alongside the Brick & Mortar (KOMPASS) process for assigned categories through modernized systems and analytics. Execute "Customer 1st" strategies and targeted metrics to enhance the online shopping and delivery experience. Positively and measurably impact the Kroger Company's digital sales/margins by providing accurate placement and status of all items within each Fulfillment Center. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team's schedule. Develop expertise in assortment and planogram development to enable Kroger to reach their sales goals and stated objectives. Engage with Kroger's Banner Sites to identify opportunities for improving customer's online experience. Utilize data from syndicated and proprietary sources such as 84.51, RMS, Venus and Archon to support category objectives. Support brick and mortar objectives by assisting in the JDA/Blue Yonder software to publish planograms and provide quality assurance for each category update. Understand the KOMPASS process and execute those pertaining to the digital agenda; develop efficiencies on an ongoing basis and constantly contribute to the process including presentation creation, project tracking, etc. Ability to continually adapt to system and process modernizations. Communicate with internal and external departments as needed to execute assortments and planograms as requested.
