About the role
Unity is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage Industry sales in South Korea. This role will lead a sales team while collaborating across multiple internal stakeholders, and play a critical role in ensuring Unity's continued growth in revenue and market share for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, deep industry expertise, and a passion for executing revenue growth in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity's Industry sales growth in South Korea.
- Team Leadership: Lead 5 - 6 Sales Executives of multiple responsibilities, Strategic, Territory and Net New. Deliver forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while building relationships with customer executives, business decision makers and work with partners to scale business.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements.
- Customer Engagement: Support Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange.
- Market Insights: Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity's offering and roadmap and increase market presence
- Complex Deal Management: Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SaaS, Platform and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership
- Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to drive for alignment and results
- Passion for Sales Leadership, talent development and building high-performing teams
- Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals
- Proven track record scaling the business with partners
- Experience with Channels, ISV's and System Integrators or Service Partners
- Native proficiency in Korean and high level of proficiency in English

- Experience activating and scaling new GTM
