Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing in all areas and verify that overtime is used properly, Oversee staff planning, hours, and OT planning and compliance

- Work closely with Ground Ops Partners as required (Network Planning, Airport Screening Managers, Affairs, Labor, etc.) Coordinate actively with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance

- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
