Responsibilities
- Clinical Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensure Required: Maine state licensure as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program strongly required
- 3-5+ years of experience in hospice, home health, or palliative care
- 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of hospice philosophy, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and psychosocial care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
