About the role

Job Title TIP Program Specialist Job Description Technology Integration Partner team and help grow our network of strategic technology partners, developers, and solution providers while strengthening the Axis ecosystem. The preferred location for this role is one of our major EMEA offices: Ismaning (Munich, Germany), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Luton (UK), Paris (France) or Lund (Sweden). WHAT WILL YOU DO? As a TIP ( Technology Integration Partners ) Program Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and growing Axis' ecosystem of Technology Integration Partners (TIPs) across EMEA. You will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, supporting, and developing strategic technology partners that complement the Axis solution portfolio and contribute to business growth. You will also act as the owner of Axis Build, helping system integrators, and end users successfully build solutions on Axis technology. By creating strong relationships and enabling successful integrations, you will identify and nurture future Technology Integration Partners while strengthening the overall Axis ecosystem. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and R&D teams, you will help drive partner success, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure partners receive an exceptional experience when working with Axis. Main responsibilities including: Manage and develop relationships with Technology Integration Partners across EMEA. Drive joint business opportunities and revenue growth together with partners. Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new strategic technology partners. Support partners in progressing through the TIP Program, with the goal of advancing high-performing partners into the Growth and Alliance tiers. Act as the primary point of contact for Technology Integration Partners and provide ongoing business support. Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify solution gaps and source new technology partners to address customer needs. Support partners with go-to-market activities, lead generation campaigns, and joint business development initiatives. Educate partners on Axis products, technologies, tools, and partner programs. Drive onboarding, partner reviews, annual audits, and ongoing performance assessments. Manage and promote Axis Build, supporting system integrators, and end users building solutions on Axis technology. Guide developers and emerging companies in creating successful integrations and becoming future Technology Integration Partners. Act as a trusted advisor on available partner solutions and help match suitable technologies to customer requirements. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and R&D to improve partner and developer experiences. Track partner activities, opportunities, and performance through Salesforce and other company systems. Participate in industry events, partner meetings, exhibitions, webinars, and customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather market insights. Contribute actively to the success of the EMEA Technology Partner team and share best practices across the organization WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We believe you have: Experience in partner management, sales, business development, channel management, or a similar customer-facing role. A strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building successful business partnerships. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Understanding when and how to use AI in daily work and know how to write effective prompts for better AI outputs A structured and organized approach with strong prioritization and time-management abilities. The ability to identify and develop business opportunities and drive them to successful outcomes. Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering webinars or partner-facing presentations. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. An interest in technology and software ecosystems; experience within IT, cloud solutions, software, or technology integrations is highly desirable. A proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered an advantage. A passion for learning new technologies and helping partners succeed.
