Additional Information
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. Docker is seeking an exceptional VP of Infrastructure to lead the Bridge engineering organization and drive the strategic evolution of our core platform. Bridge is the connective tissue of Docker's business, encompassing Billing, Identity & Access Management, Data, Operations, Developer Tools and Platform Infrastructure. This role is accountable for all of it. What separates a good candidate from the right one is anticipation. Docker's products move fast, enterprise customers have complex and evolving requirements, and the market doesn't wait. We need a leader who reads the business trajectory well enough to design, build, and launch foundational infrastructure capabilities before the rest of the company knows they need them. You will own the reliability, scalability, and strategic direction of the platform that every Docker product depends on. Reporting directly to the VP of the Container Platform, you will lead a multi-disciplinary organization of 30+ engineers and managers, partnering closely with Finance, Product, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver platform capabilities that power Docker's next phase of growth.
