Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules from initial planning through handoff to construction, aligned with project milestones and program objectives.
  • Build and update schedules within STACK's scheduling framework, maintaining accurate logic, dependencies, durations, and milestone dates.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate design, permitting, procurement, utilities, commercial, and other key workstreams into a cohesive schedule.
  • Lead schedule working sessions to validate assumptions, sequence activities, identify constraints, and surface risks early.
  • Analyze critical path, near-critical path, float trends, and milestone movement, and recommend mitigation or recovery actions.
  • Prepare schedule updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analysis for project teams and STACK leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and reporting practices across preconstruction.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 and knowledge of Microsoft Project,
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction and construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, critical path method (CPM,) and best scheduling practices.
  • Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments with aggressive timeliness.
  • PMP, AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification is a plus.

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules within the client's established scheduling program, providing clear visibility into key milestones, dependencies, and risks for project teams and leadership.
