Associate Broker

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Broker to join oour Broking team at our Jericho, NY location. Key Responsibilities Include: Builders Risk & Property Placement Support Support our lead of Builders Risk in managing placements across the organization Assist with placement and servicing of Equipment Floaters, Fixed Property, and additional property lines when requested. Prepare, review, and deliver accurate underwriting submissions. Provide timely responses to underwriter inquiries and assist with evaluating coverage quotes. Support negotiations with underwriters to help secure optimal terms and fair compensation for the company Client Engagement & Risk Advisory Assist in identifying client risk exposures and recommending suitable insurance solutions and complementary AG services. Support Account Executives during pre-renewal strategy meetings for complex accounts. Help maintain and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders. Participate in presenting coverage solutions in a clear and professional manner. Technical Expertise & Collaboration Conduct coverage analysis, including policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, and manuscript wording, with guidance from senior team members. Collaborate with AG Claims and coverage counsel on complex claim-related issues when needed. Partner with the Project Risk Solutions team to support placement of Wrap-Up and project-specific programs. Assist local Insurance teams by contributing to stewardship reports for accounts involving property lines you support.
