Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Computer proficiency , including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
- Strong communication , problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
