You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex, multi-module applications across various business domains. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for our multi-application platform. You will work with modern testing technologies to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications with complex user workflows and integrations. Duties/Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web interfaces using Playwright framework Build and maintain robust Page Object Models (POM) for complex web applications Design and execute performance testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and ensure application scalability Develop and maintain automated test suites for mobile applications (iOS and Android) Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines Perform manual, exploratory testing, and usability validation for areas not suitable for automation Create comprehensive test cases for both manual and automated testing scenarios Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage Create reusable test fixtures and utilities for data management Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement Develop and maintain API testing capabilities for web service integrations Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to validate system performance under various conditions Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test strategy development Review and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and testing procedures Execute comprehensive test suites across multiple environments Conduct automated smoke, functional, sanity, and regression testing cycles Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and organized manner Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI automation testing Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of prior work experience in QA Automation, with demonstrated expertise in test framework design and development 3+ years of experience in UI automation testing using tools like Playwright or similar frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Selenium) Proven experience working with complex, multi-module applications and architectures Experience leading test automation initiatives and mentoring junior team members Applied knowledge of enterprise-level software testing methodologies and best practices Experience developing and implementing test strategies across multiple projects and teams Industry-recognized certifications in software testing (ISTQB, ASTQB, etc.) are a plus Required Skills/Abilities Advanced expertise in automating tests for complex web applications using Playwright.
