About the role

This role requires both in-person and 12x36 shift work. Shifts are 12 hours, with 36 hours off in between. This vacancy is for the night shift. The Executive Protection Analyst within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) serves as the operational point of contact between the GSOC team and the executive protection team. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of physical and preventive protection measures aimed at safeguarding executives during missions, travel, events, daily routines, and visits to company sites, with a focus on zero or minimal risk and a discreet, efficient experience. The primary function involves end-to-end mission oversight, from coordinating with service providers to real-time monitoring of executive movements, ensuring all activities occur safely. The analyst uses intelligence tools and open-source information to identify risks and threats that could impact executives or their movements. If any incident affects operations or poses a security risk, the analyst must immediately communicate with stakeholders through appropriate channels, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Tasks and responsibilities Act as the main operational liaison between the GSOC and the executive protection team. Maintain direct contact with pre-approved vendors, ensuring services are requested and delivered in line with operational plans; support budget requests and logistics coordination. Develop and execute executive protection plans for travel, events, and daily movements. Verify the condition of vehicles and communication equipment used in operations. Maintain control of documentation related to travel, vehicles, drivers, and other relevant records; participate in operational briefings and debriefings. Analyze routes and provide situational support for executive movements. Closely monitor executive movements, routes, schedules, travel times, and flights (e.g., delays), ensuring real-time communication with the EP team. Use Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to monitor news and identify potential threats. Collaborate with the CCTV team to monitor suspicious activities when executives are present. Support incident and emergency management, following SOPs. Preferred degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluency in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish. Familiarity with security protocols, risk analysis, and crisis management. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency. Previous experience in executive protection is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Google technologies and other operating systems.
