Primary Responsibilities: Project management assistance on several types of utility and pipeline projects including client coordination, contract negotiation, developing and maintaining project schedules, and maintaining project budgets Supervising CAD designers and project coordination with other departments, professions, and agencies Supervising permit technicians and administration in completing permit applications and moving the permit application process forward Construction observations, preparing field observation reports of construction activity, and witnessing critical tasks during construction Project coordination and communication with construction managers, contractors, owners, construction inspectors, and permitting agencies Writing technical reports, letters, project summaries, and emails Maintain regular contact with clients and regulatory agencies
