Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Executive to accelerate growth by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers and winning new business. You will forecast and analyze sales performance, support pricing, quotations, and sample coordination, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations-driving revenue expansion and deeper, long-lasting customer partnerships. Job Responsibilities Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales forecasts and sales reports for assigned customers. Provide operational support for price quotations, sample arrangements, and inquiry handling. Coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain existing customer relationships while developing new customers. Key Requirements Relevant work experience in Sales Operations or related roles (sales support and customer service experience preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Language: English and Chinese for work communications with China-based vendors and customers. Team player with a strong willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Skills and Competencies Sales forecasting and analytical abilities Practical experience in quotation handling and inquiry processing Cross-functional collaboration and coordination with multiple departments Customer relationship building and maintenance Problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset Prioritization and time management Communication skills (with both customers and internal teams) Required Qualifications Diploma or higher in Business or Supply Chain Management Why Work With Us?
