About the role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to support employee training, talent development, and organizational learning initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and support talent development activities that strengthen workforce capabilities. Able to work independently and coordinate multiple training activities. Willing to travel between Yishun and Tuas offices when required.
