Location: Kraków Type of work: Full time Hybrid model : Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old Join us as a Junior Specialist in Client Service & Fund Accounting (Alternative Investments)! Junior Fund Accountant is responsible for specialized accounting support of commingled investment portfolios within the business line. Leveraging our fund accounting technology, Fund Accountants will complete one or more key aspects of net asset value execution including: transactions, capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash, and special handling, as well as break identification and resolution. Fund Accountants ensure daily accounting deliverables are timely and accurate. On this position you will be responsible for: Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual deliverables such as Net Asset Value reporting pack for selected alternative investment funds (scope of work includes mix or selected tasks). Monitoring fund's activities in the accounting system. Ensuring timely and accurate responses to any queries. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks, including communicating with other BBH teams. Developing and maintaining strong familiarity with accounting standards (i.e. Lux GAAP). Ensuring adherence to all established procedures, best practices and internal controls.
