  • As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and improving patient outcomes.

  • Role Summary:
  • Operations Management: Monitor call center or back-office workflows, ensuring smooth process execution.
  • Team Supervision: Guide team leaders and agents, manage schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), AHT (Average Handling Time), attrition, and shrinkage.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee call quality, compliance, and adherence to process standards.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide feedback, conduct training sessions, and support skill development.
  • Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps, implement best practices, and optimize data strategies for productivity
  • Required Skills:
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
  • Domain Expertise: Good understanding of end-to-end RCM processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (reports, audit trackers, dashboards)
  • Coaching: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and drive team performance improvements
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts / US time zones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA/B.Com preferred)
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, including at least 2 years as Team Lead
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Certification in RCM or Six Sigma is optional, but considered an added advantage
