Responsibilities

  • Client Reporting product management . Build and maintain client reporting templates and portal views. Help drive the Client Reporting offering roadmap, in close partnership with Advisory, Family Office, Investments, Compliance, and Enterprise Platforms
  • Client Reporting servicing . Execute monthly and quarterly client reporting process cycles. Provide client reporting support to Wealth Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
  • Client Reporting data management . Operate reporting data workflows and feeds underlying client reports, in close partnership with the Platform and Data Ops team. Monitor critical elements such as security master, allocations, and performance returns.
  • Quality Assurance . Perform data and reporting quality control to ensure reporting and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client or investment portfolio / performance reporting.
  • Experience in wealth management, asset management, or investments related data or reporting role.
  • Skills and competencies
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Addepar or similar portfolio reporting system.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong documentation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
