Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to collect required information for employee transactions (position changes, promotions, transfers, etc.) and ensure accurate and timely data entry into Workday.
- Manage and optimize data within the Workday HCM system, including running queries, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems.
- Support ad-hoc data requests from HR leadership
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis, people analytics, HRIS support, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge data entry processes
- General knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
