Analyst II, Testing

About the role

As an Analyst II, Testing, you will ensure the quality and reliability of fintech products through manual and automated testing, while leveraging AI-assisted quality engineering practices to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes. This role blends deep QA expertise with modern platform skills and AI-assisted productivity empowering teams to work efficiently in a cloud‑native, automation-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to testing process improvements and best practices
• Collaborate with Delivery and Project Managers to meet timelines
• Work with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in defect triage and ensure resolution
• Assist in mentoring junior members
• Support automation improvements
• Test Development & Execution
• Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts
• Perform functional and automation testing
• Design test cases with automation-first mindset
• What you bring :
• 4-6 years QA experience
• 2+ years automation (UI & API)
• Selenium, Postman/Rest Assured, Cucumber
• Git/SVN, Jira, CI/CD tools
• Debugging and root cause analysis
• Database knowledge (SQL)
• AI & Modern QA Skills
• Basic knowledge of AI-assisted tools (Copilot)
• Ability to use AI for productivity
• Understanding of AI validation and limitations

• ISO 20022 knowledge
• SWIFT messaging
• Payment systems (SEPA, SCT Instant, cross-border)
