Senior Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead product maintenance projects from A-to-Z
• Leverage in-depth production process and technical knowledge
• Support documentation and specification activities related to product maintenance
• Lead engineering changes and engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and execute tasks using strong technical and analytical skills
• Provide informal guidance and mentoring to team members
• Lead smaller installed base projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience within engineering, technology, and production support-preferably in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Ability to work on-site in Denmark, with flexibility to work from home as agreed with the manager
