Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support the daily operations of the ward. The successful candidate will assess residents, develop and review care plans, administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and ensure accurate documentation incompliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary care, supporting medical and allied health professionals, managing vaccination and infection control programmes, monitoring quality indicators, participating in audits, and ensuring adherence to MOH guidelines and organizational policies. The Staff Nurse will also supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, conduct competency assessments, facilitate staff orientation and training, engage residents and families in care planning, and oversee ward operations, medical supplies, equipment maintenance, and resident appointments to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and person-centred care. Qualification / Experience Registered with Singapore Nursing Board Valid Practicing Certificate Valid BCLS certificate Preferably with geriatric and/or nursing home experience Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience Able to communicate at all levels Working 3 shifts (7 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 6 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm)
