- Strengthen commercial execution in long‑cycle capital equipment environments, indirect and direct channel management, overall go to market channel optimization.
- Continuously monitor and optimize reimbursement frameworks, pricing architecture, discounting, and tender economics with direct, indirect and Medicare/Medicaid and private insurer payment models
- Benchmark against major competitors and integrate market insights into executive decision making to guide differentiation and increased value generation.
- Financial modeling for both organic and inorganic investments, including due diligence.
