Responsibilities
- To attend site meetings
- Provide overall support and co-ordination efforts to customer in the progress of the project and ensure successful project delivery and completion to the satisfaction of customer.
- Provide supports to all departments
- Co-ordinate with customer and all departments on all submissions and follow-up with the approval of these submissions.
- Co-ordinate on customer's requests and complaints and to be responsible for the defects rectification works.
- Initiate weekly customer's complaint report to ensure that the complaints are properly and efficiently deal with.
- Preparation of weekly project progress report.
- Supervision of daily construction activities and daily monitoring of the workers and subcontractors progress
Requirements
- Good project management & site coordination skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Team player, proactive & able to work independently
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Precast is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent)
