Responsibilities
- Support management in executing business priorities and managing key projects
- Track deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of initiatives
- Contribute to growth strategies,marketing campaigns, and partnership development
- Conduct market research and assist with business development activities
- Review financial reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Develop Excel-based dashboards, reports, and financial models
- Liaise with external accountants, vendors, and corporate service providers
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and management reports
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team administration as required

- JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, finance, consulting, project management, marketing, or related fields
- Prior experience in startups, SMEs, social enterprises, or Management's Office roles is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel(financial modelling, dashboards, reporting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Xero or QuickBooks is an advantage
- Education :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) will be an advantage
