The role will interact and assist with all aspects of our business: senior management, traders, and software engineers. The responsibilities of the position include performing data analysis, liaising with clearing firms and exchanges, and supporting the day-to-day trading activities of the firm. 4170 fosters an environment centered on both individual and team success, and we look to this individual to advance our operational processes by driving improvement initiatives from start to finish. Duties and Responsibilities: Reports to COO (Chief Operating officer) Provide assistance in trade capture for all products related to the firm's activity Maintenance of internal systems that support trading activity Supports various functions of the organization such as trading, accounting and risk Provides support on quarterly and annual reporting requirements for tax With minimal supervision, complete tasks as they are assigned and ensure accuracy and timeliness Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices Research and design analytical tools to be integrated into daily procedures
