Factory Service Worker South Bend, IN / On-Site 2nd Shift: 2:00p - 10:00p The Factory Service Worker supports daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production of adhesives at H.B. Fuller. This role involves material handling, equipment support, and maintaining clean work areas. Candidates contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and productivity. Primary Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods Support production line setup, changeovers, and cleanup Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures Perform routine inspections and basic equipment checks Maintain accurate production and inventory records Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards) Communicate issues to supervisors in a timely manner Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or labor roles Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for full shifts Basic math and communication skills for documentation and safety Authorization to work in the U.S. and flexibility for all shifts Preferred Requirements Forklift certification or prior powered industrial truck experience Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems Basic mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting skills Familiarity with safety standards in industrial environments Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $20.00/hr. In addition to your salary, H.B.
