The candidate will be responsible for various sales operations functions such as reporting, dashboards, sales controlling/auditing, and data analyses. Main Responsibilities Sales Operations and Controlling: Develop monthly and weekly revenue reporting: turnover analysis, and data consolidation for customer accounts and business units Analyze sales KPIs (provide Monthly Price Change Rate Analysis) Track and report revenues of new projects Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to Management Prepare sales forecasts working with the Sales and Demand Planning Teams Conduct variance analyses against quarterly financial forecasts and annual Business Plan Pricing Management and Customer Database Management: Enter list price, price quotes, and manage pricing updates in SAP Track net price changes Resolve pricing discrepancies working with the Pricing, Sales, and Finance Teams Create/Manage the Customer Master in SAP Detective controls (mandatory requirement in Sales as per Bosch central directive): Detective controls and record keeping on: Customer prices and offers Customers Master Data Customer orders Free of charge Commissions Credit note CCA (Critical Combinations of Authorizations) Credit limit Internal customers Regional Sales Managers Sales Engineers Demand Planning Pricing Finance Management This position will report to the Global Sales Controlling Manager for Compact Hydraulics What distinguishes you? Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or similar area Specific Professional Competencies : Minimum of three years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analyst or similar role Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets Experience with SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and PowerBI Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver results under minimal supervision Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Analytical and process-minded Salary Range is $65,000 to $80,000 annually Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
