HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Helping to support strategy development across Operations in Portugal , you'll be responsible for:
• translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities,
• driving performance and people development across teams,
• leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Who we're looking for
• We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders and inspire trust through your actions. Experience in generalist HR roles within multinational environments is essential.
• You'll also need:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (Master's in HR or MBA is a plus)
• At least 4-5 years of HR generalist experience in Portugal
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization
