Business Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and administrative tasks within the Sales department to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
• Collect and prepare data reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Maintain and organise records, documents, and internal trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
• Assist in creating presentation decks, summaries, and documentation for meetings to effectively communicate key information
• Required competencies and certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to manage data efficiently
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and self-motivation to contribute proactively in a team environment
• Apply strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
