You'll be hands-on with the equipment that powers our lab and production environment; owning preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues in real time, and helping minimize downtime. Your work directly impacts production flow, team efficiency, and ultimately the experience we deliver to our customers. Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and operational SOPs
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on production and lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues while identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Develop a strong understanding of equipment operations, including system faults, calibrations, and technical requirements provided by equipment manufacturers
- Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance, preventative maintenance schedules, and safety records
- Maintain and manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available when needed
- Support lab performance by helping the team meet operational goals related to equipment uptime, cost efficiency, safety, and production output
- Communicate equipment issues, risks, and operational concerns promptly to department leadership
- Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all associates
