About the role

As a Senior Product Designer , you'll lead end-to-end design for enterprise-scale, customer-facing digital products-bringing clarity to complex problem spaces and delivering consistent, user-centered experiences across applications and platforms. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to define, discover, and design solutions that balance business goals, user needs, and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for customer-oriented applications and platforms
  • Facilitate strategic sessions and working workshops with stakeholders and client peers to align on goals, needs, and direction
  • Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices and user/business insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistency and preserve design intent through delivery
  • Make confident, strategic design decisions and clearly communicate rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations across teams and contexts

  • About You
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Product Design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design
  • Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma
  • Strong UI and UX skills, including ability to translate insights and data into effective user experiences
  • Experience operating independently with minimal oversight while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers
  • Strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and uncovering underlying needs
  • Experience working in high-tech environments and within the complexities of large organizations
  • Nice to have: experience working with agile product teams
