About the role

Provide support to the Customer Service (CS) team in daily material order processing and return operations. Deliver administrative support for fab material return processes, including coordination across multiple departments Assist in SAP-based material and service order management Provide non-technical support to the Field Service team based on daily operational requirements: Coordinate and support event planning activities, such as engagement days and sports events, in collaboration with the department secretary Support Field Service Engineers (FSE) in collecting and organizing machine logbooks for administrative purposes Provide additional administrative process support: Assist the CS management team in preparing routine reports Prepare materials for daily DK meetings, including company and office announcements Support the CS team in overall daily operations.
