About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites. Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience repairing or maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, HVAC systems, manufacturing equipment, automation systems, compressors, pumps, generators, or similar machinery.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Experience working on 200-440V electrical equipment .
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable replacing electrical and mechanical components.
- Able to work independently in the field.
- Experience with any of the following:
- HVAC equipment
- Industrial maintenance
- Electro-mechanical equipment
- PLC-controlled equipment (basic knowledge is sufficient)
- Motors
- Sensors
- Actuators
- Servos
- Pumps
- Compressors
- Data center cooling systems
- Education
- A technical degree, trade school, military training, or vocational training is preferred but not required .
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience are encouraged to apply even without a college degree.
- Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and work at customer locations.
- Travel up to 20% as needed.
- Schedule
- Full-time
- Typically Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- Occasional overtime and on-call support may be required.
