The impact you'll make: As a Cutover Lead, you will play a critical role in enabling successful programme delivery by ensuring organisations are fully prepared for go-live and transition into business-as-usual. You'll lead the planning and execution of complex cutover activities while working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Your typical day will include: Defining and driving cutover strategy and execution, including readiness criteria, detailed plans, and runbooks Leading business, technical, and operational readiness assessments to ensure successful go-live outcomes Orchestrating end-to-end cutover execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and supporting critical decision-making Engaging with client leadership, understanding transformation goals and aligning cutover activities to broader programme outcomes Supporting transition into post-go-live operations, ensuring stability and continuity Mentoring and leading delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Your expertise: Bring your experience in cutover planning, programme delivery, and large-scale transformation initiatives, and see what impact you can make.
