Barista (Central)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cashier duties when required
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, equipment, and dining area
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service procedures
• Assist with simple food preparation and serving when needed
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Support opening, closing, and general café operations

Requirements

• Prior barista or F&B experience preferred, but not compulsory
• Basic coffee knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good customer service attitude
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
