Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably within the EdTech or software industry
- A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal (video/telephone) and written communications skills
- Understanding of web applications
- Ability to accommodate various global time zones
- Passion for improving education through technology
- Salesforce.com is a plus
- Experience in the classroom or as a school or district administrator is a plus

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, high-energy individual to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and tenacious with a natural sales instinct. You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing international customer base. This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC, office. The hours are 5 am - 2 pm ET to support global customers in specific time zones.
