Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop district team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare commercial roles.
  • Oncology sales, account management, or related field leadership experience with documented success.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment.
  • Valid driver's license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
  • Preferred
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
  • Experience in solid tumor oncology, with lung and ovarian cancer experience preferred.
  • Experience with GPO, IDN, hospital, or specialty account management.
  • Experience managing change in a complex commercial environment.

Territory: Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi *Candidate MUST live within the territory in order to be considered* Lead a district team of oncology sales representatives to deliver compliant promotional execution, build trusted customer relationships, and achieve sales growth in support of the oncology franchise.
