Responsibilities
- Own a named list of AmLaw 151+ law firm accounts, managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close.
- Lead tailored product demos and stakeholder meetings that connect firm-level pain points to practical business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with legal buyers and influencers, including innovation leaders, knowledge management, IT, and practice group stakeholders.
- Navigate moderately complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with support from sales leadership as needed.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and support long-term account growth.
- What You'll Have
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota attainment.
- Experience selling into mid-market or lower-enterprise customers, ideally with exposure to professional services or regulated industries.
- Strong consultative selling skills-able to diagnose customer needs, tailor messaging, and articulate ROI.
- Ability to navigate unstructured segments and accurately identify the key stakeholders within each organization.
- Experience managing multi-threaded deals, typically involving leadership at all levels.
- High proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals in parallel.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

- The expected salary range* for this role is $124,000 to $155,000 to $186,000 USD. The expected new hire commission range for this role is $124,000 to $155,000 to $186,000 USD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.
