Quality Assurance Specialist (metrology)

About the role

You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (METROLOGY) in the METROLOGY OFFICE (136) of PSNS and IMF. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical expertise in Navy metrology and calibration (METCAL) or ISO 17025 accredited metrology or calibration program requirements, and performing quality assurance methods by conducting targeted audits and designing performance metrics to eliminate deficiencies and ensure procedural compliance.
