Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in title underwriting, title examination, or real estate law.
  • Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or State Title Insurance Agent License preferred (Juris Doctor is a major plus for counsel-level roles).
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate law, local title insurance rate structures, recording fees, and public registry systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience utilizing specialized title production software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare ) and digital public record databases.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for spotting subtle discrepancies in legal descriptions or ancient public registries.

Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Title Underwriter to join our team.
