AI & Process Digitalisation Specialist

About the role

In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence and process optimisation to enhance operational efficiency across the business. Your responsibilities will be to: Develop, implement and optimise AI and machine learning solutions for our business processes Analyse large datasets to identify optimisation and efficiency opportunities Integrate AI systems into existing IT infrastructure Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks Collaborate with operational departments to build data-driven solutions Monitor, maintain and continuously improve deployed AI models Support the automation of business processes through AI Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and data analysis Proficiency in Python, R or Java Experience with common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn Familiarity with databases and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP) Analytical mindset with a structured, independent approach to problem-solving Strong team player with good communication skills Fluent English; Latvian Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering) Knowledge of MLOps and AI model deployment Background in Data Engineering or Big Data technologies Challenging, responsible role with real development opportunities Structured onboarding programme Collaborative working environment with flat hierarchies Subsidised canteen, free parking and EV charging stations on site #LI-IK1
