WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON What you will focus on The Talent & Learning Operations Specialist supports the execution and scalability of Talent Management and Learning initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on operational excellence, coordination, data reliability, and smooth program delivery. What it means on a daily basis 1. Learning Operations Support the rollout and coordination of different learning programs and bootcamps; manage participant tracking, registrations, and communication. Maintain and update digital learning tools such as iLearn, ensuring content structure. Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and L&D community activities through meeting coordination and engagement follow-up. 2. Talent Operations & Process Coordination Support the execution of core talent processes and initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance cycles, development plans, career path initiatives, mentorship, internal mobility, and job profile implementation. Ensure consistency of documentation, communication, and follow-up across HR teams and studios. 3. Data, Reporting & Insights Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to talent, learning, skills, and training activity. Provide regular operational insights to help teams monitor progress and support decision-making. 4. Tools, Systems & Documentation Help manage LMS and related systems to ensure data quality and a smooth user experience. Maintain and update templates, documentation, trackers, and coordination materials. Support session scheduling, invitations, communication assets, and administrative follow-up. Provide ad hoc support on audits, CSR topics, or other talent and learning operational needs. Who you would be working with Working closely with Global L&D, HR teams, and business stakeholders, this position helps ensure consistency across processes, tools, reporting, and communication. The role is primarily execution-focused, with an emphasis on follow-up, structure, and continuous improvement rather than strategy design. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Proficient Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data organization, formulas, filtering. Comfortable working on reporting and dashboard maintenance. Familiarity with collaboration and content tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, or Canva. Ability to manage multiple operational workflows with accuracy and structure.
